It’s Sunday morning. I look out over the field and the horses are feeling their oats today just running and kicking and playing. The baby calves are doing the same. The sun is shining, there’s a slight breeze. Going to be hot later and this evening a bit of a cool off. Dogs are sleeping in the grass and it’s quiet.
I appreciate this moment. I will be busy – I have chores, guests departing and arriving, although again it doesn’t feel like work. But right now – right this moment – I am blessed to be here.
