High season has arrived and with it all the wonderful day and nighttime activities – guests are out all day snorkeling, horseback riding, dolphin watching and surfing! At night there is live music just about EVERYWHERE – and I try to enjoy it with my guests.  But- if they are hungry, they have to take time out of their day for lunch early – oh no no no…..I pride myself on making a great fulfilling breakfast so my guests have the energy to go go go! Some days my famous pancakes, some days individual quiche, some days Gallo pinto with eggs some days french toast…and here’s a picture of my latest creation – Bruschetta over Ciabatta bread covered by a poached farm fresh organic egg! Always served with lots of fresh fruit, coffee or tea and a fresh fruit smoothie. IF I’ve tempted your tastebuds, book your ticket and come on down!
